Long story short, I ordered size ten boots because the site suggests you order boots sized down (I'm normally a 10.5)
The boots were too small when they arrived. I never wore them outside, only walked around inside my apartment. But when I tried to exchange them, customer service said they couldn't accept the boots as returns due to the wear on the soles.
Now I'm stuck with boots that don't fit. Be forewarned.

Return and exchange policy is tough. I needed a different size and they were out, but their return policy is for in store credit only, so I’m not sure how people are supposed to try on their shoes to find a size that works. Their return team also hassles you when you try to send a pair back. I finally got a return details and am still waiting for my store credit a week after the return arrived
