Product came defective and store would not want to provide refund for it.

I like the boots, but waiting since Monday 12 /1 for a return authorization shipping label so I can exchange for a larger size. HELP !!

I would like to request a refund. I don’t think the product was as good as how it was described online. The graffiti at the bottom wore off around two hours of where also shipping did not take two days as advice on the website I would like a refund.

I love them and Lucent have a customer for life.

I ordered brown mona lisa boots in sept, and waited for the order for two months and after requesting a refund, they sent some different boots in black.

Return and exchange policy is tough. I needed a different size and they were out, but their return policy is for in store credit only, so I’m not sure how people are supposed to try on their shoes to find a size that works. Their return team also hassles you when you try to send a pair back. I finally got a return details and am still waiting for my store credit a week after the return arrived

I’m not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but I feel like I should share my experience so others know what to expect. The boots looked nice in the photos, but in person they didn’t feel as well-made as I hoped. If you’re looking for higher-quality, long-lasting boots, I’d recommend brands like Paul Evans, Toscana, or Johnston & Murphy instead. What really bothered me, though, was the return process. The website’s 14-day return policy feels misleading, and it wasn’t clear to me that

Limited return options.

1st pair was to small not true to size. 2nd pair you sent the wrong pair. 3rd try was a Gem fit great. Your shipping is slow advertised 3 to 5 days not close.

Despite calling from the minute the store opened and throughout the day, no one ever answered the phone. It always went straight to voicemail and no one ever returned my call as promised. My emails were not responded to in a timely fashion.

Very satisfying transaction and trustworthy website!

Horrible because the package got lost. It stated that it was delivered but never got delivered. Ontrac and Lucent couldn't help resolved the issue. My boot is a loss cause. Lucent needs better shipper partner. Ontrac should be out of business if their customer service is this poor with poor responding time and shipping method.

Arrived earlier than expected.

I ordered the Desert Harness and was contacted a week later to tell me you didn't have those so i could get credit or the Vintage colour. I decided to try the vintage and recieved them promptly. I wore them for an hour inside and thought they'd be fine even though they were a little tight. So i wore them outside for a few hours until i was in pain from how tight they were. After sending pictures in, i'm stuck with them because they are worn. So not the best experience in the end.
