I am writing regarding my recent order, which is marked as delivered according to the provided proof of delivery. However, I did not receive the package, and the shoes were never in my possession.
I contacted your customer service team and was informed that once the package is handed over to UPS, the responsibility is no longer yours, and that any theft would be considered the customer’s loss. I respectfully disagree with this position.
As the seller, you are responsible for ensuring that the item I purchased is delivered to me. A delivery confirmation alone does not constitute successful delivery if the package was not received. I am requesting that this matter be properly reviewed and that a resolution be provided, either through a replacement or a refund.
