Response to my issue was good via email, however I’m not a fan of not being able to get a refund on boots I never worn and immediately contacted Lucent immediately upon receiving. Understood this is store policy, however not a good policy for an expensive item never worn. If the next size doesn’t work out the customer is forced to settle for a store credit purchasing something I never set out to purchase. Lesson to look at return policy for online items prior to purchasing which is not habit.

Have a better return policy. I didn't wear the shoes and yet out the box they had visible defects. 300 dollars, no exact return policy, and still no credit received with the shoes paid. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND WILL FIGHT FOR IT. I will issue an email to the better business bureau for assistance with this matter. These shoes are created with low quality assurance and the pair I bought is a reflection of that!

Hello, I am writing regarding my recent order, which is marked as delivered according to the provided proof of delivery. However, I did not receive the package, and the shoes were never in my possession. I contacted your customer service team and was informed that once the package is handed over to UPS, the responsibility is no longer yours, and that any theft would be considered the customer’s loss. I respectfully disagree with this position. As the seller, you are responsible for ensuring that the item I purchased is delivered to me. A delivery confirmation alone does not constitute successful delivery if the package was not received. I am requesting that this matter be properly reviewed and that a resolution be provided, either through a replacement or a refund.
