Response to my issue was good via email, however I’m not a fan of not being able to get a refund on boots I never worn and immediately contacted Lucent immediately upon receiving. Understood this is store policy, however not a good policy for an expensive item never worn. If the next size doesn’t work out the customer is forced to settle for a store credit purchasing something I never set out to purchase. Lesson to look at return policy for online items prior to purchasing which is not habit.
