Not happy with the way the shoes feel tight now.

Such prompt and kind customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they r emailed me to check if I had meant to get a size 4 and size 6, or if I meant to get only 1 size, then they fixed the order for me.

Stiff and uncomfortable

It’s an online store just like every other one. I loved my older shoes but the new ones are sized differently and too small.

Customer service was good. I thought that the insoles were included with my shoes, but was told they were included when a person purchased two pair of shoes. I was able to order the insoles at a discount and they have definitely made the shoes more comfortable.

It was fair. I offered to send the pair I had issues with back in, but they said it was my wear issue and not faulty quality. I think if you could see in person that it is a faulty design issue causing it to wear faster than normal. But would not accept it for possible improvement opportunity.

I am sorry it is not easier to exchange for a bigger size.

They took a long time to arrive. Did not know they were from China. .

Customer service was good. But too expensive to send back or replace for shipping but they have me a 10% refund.

I love these shoes! I wear them all the time and get lots of complements. They are perfect for sweats or cool with a suit. Big fan. I have three pair now.

Quick to response but disappointing news. The fine print does say we are responsible for shilling to china but the big gold letters on the main page just say 100% guaranteed. Misleading
