Beautiful Earth US store reviewsSee product reviews

Everything arrived in small packages, but they were completely tangled not labeled. I spent literally 1hour untangling the jewelry to even see what I had. The earrings weren’t weight balanced at all so they just hang to one side so not true to image, the clover jewelry for anyone purchasing is only on half of the jewelry, and there’s discrepancies in quality, one item was significantly a different color than the others. It already looks slightly tarnished. But for the price I guess I get what I

Super great super quick and super cute

Took a little longer than I expected.

Great service

Shopping experience was fine. Took a while to receive since my order sat at the Chinese airport for 5 days. Did not care for the jewelry itself and wish I had not bought so much before seeing it. Mostly cheap looking, way too yellow to appear a true gold. Several of the clasps were janky. The mystery pieces I bought were ugly and looked like children’s fake jewelry. This was by and large wasted money for me.

Delivery was on time too.

Great ❤️

Great company

I wanted to make a return and I couldn't

50% of the pieces I received are very disappointing

They came in time right before she left for school

The site was easy to use and the shipping and delivery were very quick.

The small gem for the ring fell out a few days after wearing it

Fast shipping, seamless returns, great quality products

Great

I haven't had any issues with this brand until this batch of order. I wore one of the bracelet for a month and somehow without my knowing one of the flower came off. I emailed support and they sent me a link to process my return but because of the discounts and deal my bracelet was deemed worth zero dollars. Therefore in order to get a replacement I have to order a new bracelet. I'm kinda disappointed. I will be taking a break from ordering any new items.

Love the products, this ring broke and it’s just so sad

Great customer service- high quality jewellery

Easy ordering process, quick shipping time, and I love the quality. I will order more!

Not buying again

I have had nothing but great interactions with your online jewelry boutique and appreciate how you align with your stated goals in every interaction. The exchange process was a breeze, and although I offered to send back my items, you insisted you would send the new pieces free of charge. It was so unexpected, but I wanted to leave my appreciation publicly! Thank you, and I look forward to keeping you all in mind for the next time I am in need of a jewelry makeover :)

The earrings are all to thick and hurt my ears so bad that I can’t wear them
