I had an issue with my package being delivered to the wrong building and it had gone missing (likely stolen unfortunately) but I spoke with Kathy in the Customer Service team and she was SO helpful with getting me a replacement package sent out. It was such an easy process to get what would have been a bad experience turn into a beautiful one (: I really appreciate their teams understanding and support. Not to mention the jewelry is stunning!! I love it! Will definitely be ordering again.

Upset that one of my items broke.

I was told that I would get my pieces at a specific time and I did not get them at the time. I bought the items for a trip, I got them early enough and they were not delivered at the time I expected them. The time I was told they would be there. When I reached out I was told order it maybe delayed but that happens and it’s on its way. Here I am 2 weeks later just getting my package because it arrived after I left for my trip. Also now that I’m opening the box, of the items are small and fit snug
