I had 2 items that broke and a few necklaces that didn't fit. To exchange it was super easy and fast. I'm very please with the quality because I am allergic to certain metals. So far, nothing has tarnish. I wear the bracelets everyday as I don't take them off. A BIG negative is the ring and necklace sizing. Please be more inclusive and bring larger sizes. I LOVE rings and was bummed that a lot of the rings I couldn't get because of the size. Please bring larger sizes in both rings & necklaces.

One of my items arrived damaged and missing stones. Apparently they sent a replacement but I haven't received it yet. I didn't like the snake chain necklace or the paper clip necklace because they look very yellow almost tarnished. Probably won't wear them.

I absolutely love shopping at beautiful earth. Not only are the options always stunning but Kathy in customer service is the best!!! She is always so helpful whenever I need anything address changed or something. I will say though that some small diamonds on a ring I just bought have already fallen off. Still 100% recommend!!

I had a good experience with Beautiful Earth. The jewelry I purchased is sold as it appeared on the website, came in nice packaging, and feels very good quality. The only downside is that the website uses US addresses, so my expectations were to received the item quicker than what happened. I think they should be upfront that the items ship from China and may take longer to arrive as a result. Overall, good experience.
