I reported that the ring did not fit properly, and your team sent me a link to choose a replacement item, which I completed right away. I love almost all of my pieces. Many of them I wear daily and the gold is still super bright and beautiful!

I had a problem with their spring 12 box bundle. Sent them a message, and they answered the same day and Fixed the problem for me.

So far every piece is so well made. I’ve worn the bracelets ever since I received them. I shower with them and sleep with them. The little tennis bracelet snags on everything so I can’t wear that one too much but all others are as described. Love my purchases!!

Shipping takes some time but other than that it’s great!

First, I was initially enthused about the designs of the jewelry. Second, I encountered some issues during shipping. I reached out to your team and support answered in a reasonable time frame, answered my questions, and followed up. This is the only reason I give 2 stars. Lastly, after 1.5 months the jewelry is tarnishing. Coating is fading. silver under is showing. Gold is lack luster and turning copper’ish. Not a great experience overall. I came for the jewelry. Quality jewelry.
