I felt like it is a knock off. No logo on it. Zippers don’t match up. Really sad for the amount of money I spent on it.

Easy to order, shipping was an issue as it came via UniUni and I had to give them a new address to send it too as they can not deliver where I live. However, the process was easy and I had no issues.

Shipping took forever.

Not happy. Very cheap. I expect it to break quickly.

After ordering in Feb, i got an email after part of it shipped saying my color was unavailable...fine, picked another and it too forever...3weeks to get to me, long after the trip i wanted it for and then one of the bags was missing. I just emailed them for replacement, we will see.

Did not receive my order at all!!! This company is a Scam!

I got it online and it was pretty easy. The time for it to be delivered was a reasonable amount of time.

Besides one bag damaged no problem.

It took several weeks for the bag to arrive. Updates were not readily available regarding shipping and the bag stunk when it arrived.

One bag is AMAZING. One bag os DEFECTIVE and UNUSABLE. Isent tou an email stating this along with PICTURES. I need a replacement sent bag asap please!!!

The quality looks cheep, looks plastic

It was easy to buy, but I bought a vac pump that was not needed with the suitcase.

Vynal bag was extremely hard to zip shut an did NOT hold everything as advertised. Consequently I feel it is quite over priced

The product wasn’t what I thought I guess I ordered the wrong thing. I had hope it came with wheels. I was mistaken

Shopping for the bag was fine. Getting the bag took longer then expected. No instructions on how to clean the bag outside. When going on small planes they don't have very much overhead and had to check my bag. The cream leather got very dirty. Need a produce to seal the soft leather.

Only received two bags. Did the buy one get 3 free, but they all didn't come.

Took a long time to receive

I need to send it back it's broken and I don't have the attachable wheel stroller

I love the bags and I’m looking forward to our next trip with them. But when you offer free gifts with bag purchase and you buy 2 bags, you should receive double the gifts as well. Not just 1 set of free gifts!

This bag looks cheaply made and smells horrible. I would not buy again.

You need to ship faster.

It was a buy one get one free. I only got one bag. It is smaller and cheaper quality than I expected. I responded to an email and sent 2 emails so far to your support email and so far have not got any response. I want to return it to get a refund of my $175.

It’s too heavy but a beautiful bag. I will need to return it, once I figure out how to do that. Thanks 🙏

I have not used the bag yet. The zippers are so easy to use and I am sure there will be sufficient amount of room that I will need.

Wonderful experience. They are true to what they say - their advertisements about their bags, and their customer service.

Not accurate product

I did not receive what I paid for. It was buy one bag and receive 3 bags free. I only received 2 bags. Please send the remaining 2 bags.

Bag didn’t work, total waste of money

Simple everything worked snd bags arrived in a reasonable amount of time and in excellent condition.

The shipping took longer than I thought it would and I am not happy with quality of the product that I received.
