I bought more than one because I sometimes travel with my niece,mom ,and sister's.

I haven't used it yet, trip is not until Mid-April. On delivery, it looks fine, but I don't have a real opinion yet.

Strap different color of any color of the bag

Fast and easy.

I received my bag pretty quick. Absolutely love it! Holds everything and no wrinkles. Thank you for making this bag.

I originally ordered the cream and then emailed you asking if I could change it to black. I received a phone call from someone who left a message saying that I could switch it to black but it would not be on sale at that point. Not being able to reach anyone back on that phone number I emailed saying to keep it to the cream. I was told that you all do not make phone calls and that no one called me. I then emailed the attachment of the call. You never replied back. I expected an acknowledgment.

You try and force people into purchasing unwanted items, then send the wrong product.

I got the two bags not three? Do you count the jewelery bag as the 3rd?

Doesn’t perform as advertised

It took way too long to get it. I was worried it was a scam & still not real sure because it doesn’t look the same as my first bag. Missing parts I feel should be on the bag.

In my opinion, this company is nothing but one big SCAM. Buyers BEWARE!

I think I might’ve ordered from a spam site because after I got my packages with no brands on them my bags I have seen several sites with the Lux name spelled different

Understandably it took a little longer than anticipated to receive the bags, and never received the special gift

I tried to cancel the order almost immediately via the website. I was told I was too late because they didn’t have record of the website communication, only an email I sent a few hours later. I had to wait for delivery. Now I’m trying get return and refund instructions before leave town.

It came in excess condition.

The only issue I had was which one I was gonna buy!

Very poor quality.

It took a long time to receive the bag. And I thought I was getting 3 for free but only received one for free.

I did not get all my bags in my order nor the free satchel

I was excited to see his beautiful bag to travel with. I can’t wait to leave on vacation. Easy to order and had quick delivery 🤗

I only ever received a luggage scale so I got the “free” gift but not the expensive bag I purchased. Such a scam tried to contact but nope only got bogus tracking number that shows nothing. Scam!!!!!

I contacted your customer service about not receiving the bags they said they would look into it. Never heard back.

The shopping was east. It is the product I have a problem with.

I wished when I ordered that it came with wheels.

They did keep me informed on the process for it to get here.

Took much longer to arrive than committed on purchase page. I ended up getting it after the trip I had planned to use it for.

Easy shopping and quick delivery

Came faster than I thought especially when I saw it was coming from China.

Easy to order. Took awhile to actually get it. I have arthritis and find it difficult to do the zippers.
