I asked for information regarding potential tariffs, I was asked to provide my information, and it was right in front of them. I never heard back.

I loved the idea and it works fine for me I'm not pack just yet but will submit a picture at a later date

I brought the bag and I like how it’s claimed to hold at least a week worth of clothing , this should help me out with having too many bags to carry when traveling.

I love my new Luxe bags! They are exactly as advertised. You can hang a couple outfits to keep them wrinkle free. Then you can add up to 10 days worth of clothing plus a few little extras before closing it up. I also bought them with wheels, which in my opinion is a must have for ease and comfort of carrying/moving it around. The wheels fit perfectly as described on the bottom of the bag which makes it to be easily moved around for any travel situation.

Ordering was difficult. I tried to get two different colored bags but the website would only permit me to order two bags in the same color.

Shipping is super slow!!! 6 weeks to receive and customer support is a joke!! Stay away from this China based company.

My bags arrived damaged and when I informed the company I received the runaround with emails and my trip abroad was ruined. Thanks for nothing. The 1 bag that I was able to use worked perfectly but because I couldn't use the second I had to check the 2nd bag for my daughter costing me $145 and additional lines and waiting. Your customer service needs improvement! Your shipping and packaging is awful.

Purchasing and delivery were good but the free bag was never received. False advertising.

I ordered the bag for a cross-country trip 3 weeks in advance. The bag did not arrive until after I returned. The construction is poor, and I sent in photos and was very disappointed and felt cheated.

Said the price was $199 and I was charged $299 and I could not get it changed

I used your AI chat bot & emails I received 3 responses four days later. Niether of which provided a satisfactory resolution.
