My shopping experience is a bit off. My order took a bit longer than expected to get to me. Not Garden Alchemy fault. This was carrier fault. Either way, I got in touch with Garden Alchemy, they got back to me quickly, and they fixed it right away. I received my Discovery Set a few days after they contacted me. Great customer service! I give them a ten star rating.

It took a while to get the Discovery set as the first set never arrived. After communication back and forth with customer service, I finally got another set sent to me. So, it was great once I received it. Who knows where the first set went but I'm thankful that I got to try the discovery set. My other two separate items that I ordered from the brand arrived within days of me ordering it. So other than the hit or miss wait & delivery on the Discovery set, the other products arrived nicely.
