Customer service ghosted me after I requested a replacement cap for the bottle. The pump leaks badly. I provided a video as asked for, and tried to reach out again, and never heard back. This product is too expensive for customer service not to help trouble shoot faulty packaging. It’s a shame, because I like the oil. Now I have two leaky bottles and $80 worth of oil. Crazy.
