No or inaccurate shipping information, item changed carriers without my knowledge, took 3 weeks to arrive, didn’t work, was given incorrect firmware update instructions, once I figured out the firmware process and completed it, the issue persists. I am now requesting a return, but I do not expect that to be a smooth process either. Every single aspect of this purchase (aside from the price) has been painful and troublesome. I can’t recommend this brand to anyone.
