Great pedals, but terrible post-sale support. Delivery took 4 weeks (double the estimate). I was promised compensation for the delay, but since the product arrived, the team has stopped responding to my tickets. I even proposed an upgrade kit as a fair resolution to keep my feedback positive, but I am being ignored. Hardware is 5 stars, but the broken promises and lack of communication deserve this rating. Follow through on your word if you value your customers!

Products are great and well built but annoyingly my order was missing the main item (control box). After emailing customer services they confirmed my order was incomplete and sent out the missing item which took another 2 weeks to arrive. Customer services didn't seem bothered and never offered any sort of compensation just a "sorry". I requested to make a complaint but received no response. I suppose you've got my money now so why would you care. I don't think I will be purchasing direct again.
