I had ordered a case for thread with this order. It was delayed and I waited for ship date. I hadn’t heard so I text to the customer service department. I got a back receipt back and when it was shipped, they would let me know and that it complicates things when someone comments the same thing for one order the problem was it wasn’t. It was an part of the order, and I had never been given a ship date or how long it was gonna be back ordered I replied and told them I didn’t appreciate the comment
