Even though I had given the correct information about my sewing machine insert for my Horn cabinet, I received a totally incorrectly shaped insert. I was not able to get satisfaction from Sewing Parts Online so I contacted the Horn Cabinet Co. who had me contact a place locally that sold sewing machines which I did. Though it took many phone calls and meetings with the local store employee, 4 months later, I received the correct insert.

The Sewing Parts Online is a great company. I have ordered a few things from them and they always come well-packaged and on time. I had to contact customer service once and they were easy to get ahold of and helped solve my problem very quickly. I will be doing business with them again.

My order was delayed but no message was sent to me, nor was I every informed about what caused the delay. I attempted to use tracking, but was required to download an application, that I was not interested in using and was consequently left with no ability to track my package. Finally, I called after two-three weeks and was told one of the parts in m y order was unavailable and it was holding up my order. I cancelled the part, and the order was shipped promptly. Do better with package tracking!

If you are ordering for a specific time frame, allow a good bit of time for the arrival of your purchase. I expected the order to be a few days. It ended up being far longer than I expected.
