I needed spool pins replaced on my singer 403A my fault as it said 403 nit 403A & they are not the correct ones at 4.99 for each For 2 thsts 9.98. I’d opened one so it’s not returnable. I did not see a listing for one for a 403A Returning 1 is not worth the cost. I would buy 2 more but not ordering 2 for 9.98 of correct one, if they have it, & paying another 6.00’in shipping as that is all I need.

If my first order was successfully delivered or if SP helped me resolve the issue I’d order from here again. It’s slightly problematic to release responsibility of any issues “after delivery” when these things happen sometimes, esp. around the holidays. This was a gift and as we all know it’s hard out here these days with eggs being $$$ so every dollar counts…the fact of the matter is a I paid for a good and SP didn’t provide the good successfully as far as I am concerned. not even a refund!
