I was not pleased that the baby lock I ordered, was on 'back order'. I was not informed of this fact and I waited for it to ship, impatient to get back to my sewing project. I had ordered a blind hem foot as well, which did arrive quickly. And when I emailed to inquire about the sewing machine after waiting almost a week after it arrived, I got an email with the tracking for the blind hem foot, and no information about the sewing machine. I had to call to learn the baby lock was not coming.
