I received the dishwasher around a week after purchasing. Customer service was helpful. Once it was dispatched it arrived very quickly.

Great communication

I had a question about my order, and the woman who answered my question could not have been kinder or more helpful, and was so excited for me to get my dishwasher for my tiny kitchen in my temporary home, while my retirement home is being built. She expressed her excitement for us, personally, with our new build/new life adventure! That's not just customer service, that's personal connection, and that is rare and wonderful representation that speaks to company values.

Please figure out a better way to handle broken items. The customer should not be expected to take apart and fix the machine.

The product came very quickly and in perfect condition. I was a little miffed at the communication; the dishwasher went on sale 24 hour after purchase and I would have appreciated if not a discount, a response.
