Disappointing because it's not functional. It arrived just today, all required steps to install went successfully as intended except the dishwasher doesn't work at all. First it's not UK plug unfortunately which is a problem aside from the buttons don't work. Only for on/off button loch capsule, and after reading the manual I double checked everything in place but yet it did not work. Design aspect is very refined but touch buttons as a huge mistake and it brought the product from a high tech solution to a storage box cluster. Very disappointing.

Support had been good, but the machine did not work on issue on arrival. Some website & manual information is confusing/ lacking detail/ has typos. Dispatch was a bit slow, but delivery was great.

Disappointed no phone number (Which is why I gave four stars not five stars so I don’t know how you would deal with any issues directly ) but I originally contacted the company on Instagram and someone got back to me in 24 hours and they were friendly and helpful so if they had a easier form of contact would give 5 stars.

Make a dishwasher that actually washes. Charging this much for this machine that does nothing but waste energy is a scam.
