Seasonings are really good, the pan is very flimsy, but did it's job. Customer service and shipping is horrible. It took well over a month for my order to arrive. With shipping this horrible, it's insane to charge customer $9.99 for shipping.

The shipping and the team is bad customer service. On live Sierra gave use all a exclusive deal and was like “I love yall but my team gone be mad but I got y'all so for 10 minutes you can shop.” I purchased my order and woke up the next day her team refunded my order like wtf this pissed me off. I emailed them about the order and wanted a reason why they gave none, so I asked for a full refund not partial refund.
