It took an entire month and two emails to customer service just for the products to arrive. Sierra needs to get with Judy Dupart Harris and have her mentor her on shipping. I mean this sincerely because Sierra has a great product and the shipping and customer service will make her lose customers.

Horrible Delivery process and timeframes!!! Horrible horrible horrible!! Please enhance your delivery process and timeframes. I bought my seasonings to use for Thanksgiving MONTHS ahead of Thanksgiving and did not receive them until after Thanksgiving. I absolutely LOVE the seasonings, however the turn around time for receiving them is why I don’t order of them. This is my 4th time ordering them and the delivery process has been Consistent.
