Loved the service other than a few delays

It was a wonderful experience! The fish are exactly as pictured!! Their quality is worth the wait, I waited about 2 months for these two and I'd do it again! So far I've had them for about 10 days now; They are lively, strong and resilient, even on arrival. Their appetite was great, as they both ate right away as soon as they were fed during acclimation, and have continued to have a healthy appetite. The fish were packed in the box nice and snug with a small warming element in case a cold front came in due to the winter time, and it was between enough newspaper to keep them at a nice warm temperature. The company was super friendly and kept in touch and updated me on their arrival times. I also got an email as soon as they were delivered too, which was a really nice touch for in case no one was there! I am very happy with the service as well as the fish--who are happy too-- fluttering their fins away in their new homes with friends :) Thank you so much for such beautiful fish 🩵

I didn’t get my fish on time

Pushed shipping back multiple times.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have sent messages on their website app many times and not received a single response. I never received my fish and it appears UPS never got it either. I paid for it on December 9 which was the cutoff day for Christmas arrival. It was supposed to be here on December 17. Thailand Betta Fish totally dropped the ball and I haven’t received my fish. I never received a response to my messages or my email to them. Terrible customer service and no fish! Horrible!

Was not happy at all i breed bettas so was happy when i found somewere that i could get pairs. When i orded them there were a week late all 4 fish were almost dead on arrival all 4 of the fish were almost dead the water they were in was verry cold. After 2 hours the femail dumbo died i asked for a refund was refused. Was not my fault it died it was the way they were packed even the heat pad was almost cold. As i breed them was hopeing to get the pairs from you but will not buy again as i did

Just disappointed in the overall experience

It was easy, straight forward and they kept me notified when it was being delivered so I could get him into his tank quickly.

They kept us up to date with our fish's progress, and delivery was quick when we were notified.

Got the wrong fish and only got one email asking for photos then have gotten ignored since. Just want my money back. Horrible customer service and horrible business

I love my fish, but it's very different from the one in the video. I understand perfectly well that the fish can't be exactly alike. My fish's tail doesn't open 180°, and its dorsal fin is very thin. I didn't write this message to get anything in return. I just ordered another fish and would love it if my next fish looked closer like the fish in the video.
