Awful experience. Every single fish that I ordered, which I didn’t even receive the right ones by the way, died within 24 hours of being put in a cycled healthy tank. The shipping took so long and one was even dead on arrival and they have not responded to any of my numerous attempts to get a refund or replacement. If I were you, I would avoid this company. Because clearly they do not care about their customers who are paying quite a bit of money to not even receive healthy animals.

This is my second time ordering from Thailand Bettas. The first time my first was delayed by three weeks with very little communication between support and I. The second time I ordered three guppies and a betta. The betta never arrived at all and two of the three guppies died within 24 hours. I will not be ordering from here again
