I absolutely LOVE everything about Lauren Ashton Co. I Love all their products, customer service is wonderful, shipping is fast. My favorite is my toppers. I have two and will be buying more. I go to the pop up salons and it is the most amazing experience. The stylist are all AMAZING and make you feel like a princess. I love it and will probably go every year! It’s my birthday present from my husband every year and I can’t wait!! The toppers are AMAZING as well as their products.

While I understand the 'no return' policy, given the product is at the price point of your toppers, when the product does not meet quality expectations (especially for a repeat customer) there should be some recourse. I simply expected the same quality in a different color. I did not expect significantly less hair in another "full volume" topper. Had this been any part of the phone conversation with the representative, I could have had the opportunity to explore the line of wigs. Poor service.
