Although due to your consultant’s mistake I received a product with a completely unsuitable color, you are not offering any solution.

Wish there were swatches or something to better match the hair for the people that can’t go to pop ups and order online. Only 1 return is tricky too bc hair is hard to match!

My second topper after 5+ years. I appreciated the communication via text. The color of the Audrey Balayage looked much different once I received it versus the pictures and YouTube video that was provided. The root is more black not dark brunette. I had asked if it was possible to tone the highlights to a warmer color before shipping to, versus taking to a stylist that doesn’t know the product. They were unable to do that for me. I like the topper, I feel that the clips are damaging to fine hair

Morgan is always great. I continue to be disappointed in the quality of the toppers. The top seam on the pieces is very noticeable and makes it look extremely fake. I’ve purchased 10 of these now in 8 years and I will always need photos of the toppers before I buy. You need to do better at the front of the toppers. There are too many companies coming out with similar products with real Remi hair and are less expensive, so to continue asking the money you do, the quality needs to improve greatly

Ordered via phone….easy & fast

Shopping was easy. I took pics of bio hair and sent via text. I rcvd a text with different options. I needed my piece fast for an event I had to attend. Shipping was fast

It was a bit of a chore to get my order placed. It seems like it took 24 hours between each email exchange. When I purchase an item and I am charged, I would like my item to ship. With each purchase (I have made several) I am told the item is backordered, my card is still charged and it seems to take two weeks to ship. In between there are numerous email exchanges and it is a frustrating process.

The fist order was too dark as soon as I submitted the tracking number Lauren Ashtyn exchanged it
