I am not able to make my topper feel secure and flat on the top. I puchased at a pop-up and was told I need to play around with it - but nothing seems to work to make it less poofy. I puchased the topper gripper to try to secure but that was a disaster. The clips do not even line up with the fabric bands. Unfortunately, it is not wearable and I am so upset that I wasted over $900.
