The stylist has been very helpful but communicating with everyone else has been frustrating. The website says to reach out to Paula about insurance inquiries but despite emailing her several times I never once heard back! I did get an insurance receipt from the team eventually but why is it so hard to communicate with people? Us cancer patients truly have enough going on in our lives.

The consult was a little bit helpful, but I had done a lot of research, so I knew exactly what I needed anyways. The willingness to exchange my topper was fantastic, but I ended up going to the salon and getting my hair matched to my topper. I wasn't looking forward to spending an extra few hundred dollars, but having the topper match seamlessly with my hair is the whole reason I picked a Lauren Ashtyon topper. There wasn't enough of a description of the piece what it actually looked like and my consultant through texting was hard to reach as every time I would ask a question I wouldn't get a response. When they did respond they wouldn't fully answer my question. They were suppose to send me an invoice for free shipping. I became so aggravated just went ahead and purchased the hair piece without the invoice even though I filled out the form. I scheduled my stylists and was very disappointed with the consultation.
