My shopping experience was good. I did talk to a representative on the phone twice and she helped me order the Marigold topper. I already own the Darcy, which I got about six weeks ago. I love both.

The experience was fine. I wish the exchange/return options were better.

I needed the topper by Thursday & it was Monday I explained that I was leaving for a business trip & desperately needed a new topper fast. Customer service took my order, checked that the Adele topper was in stock and sent ot 2 day shipping. I received it Wednesday and brought it to my hairdresser on Thursday and I was all set for my trip. Excellent & friendly customer service!

While I understand that refunds are not an option, I am completely disappointed in the entire process from start to finish. And now I am stuck with $1200 worth of hair because I had no idea when it would be arriving and it came when I was out of town. Very upset.

Yes. I had returned a topper and had hope of being able to attend a pop up so I could be assured of the right color but was told I would not be able to use my credit at a pop up. I dont understand this.

If you are on the fence and unsure, do it! You will be so happy that you did.

I absolutely LOVE my full volume topper. However, I am disappointed that my consultant never mentioned anything about a gripper when I was there, even knowing I had alopecia. It has progressed more rapidly and I could really use the gripper but won't be utilizing it at the sake of being able to tell I have the topper in.

Not particularly Wish cost was a little less

The pen was shipped promptly. But I'm very dissatisfied with my Lauren Ashtyn topper. Therefore the mixed review.

I did the purchase over text message. I would never recommend anyone to do that. I was initially told that I needed the the 5 to 6-in topper. Then I was told it was out of stock and even though I had paid for it it was on back order and nobody could tell me when it would come in. After additional correspondence I was told I'd actually bought the wrong one and needed the longer one. I felt like it was a bait and switched tactic. I got on a Facebook group and John helped me.

Bad customer service

Best topper and quality of hair this is my 3rd one .

I am not able to make my topper feel secure and flat on the top. I puchased at a pop-up and was told I need to play around with it - but nothing seems to work to make it less poofy. I puchased the topper gripper to try to secure but that was a disaster. The clips do not even line up with the fabric bands. Unfortunately, it is not wearable and I am so upset that I wasted over $900.
