Was told after 3 weeks order was lost in shipping. Customer service said they would replace and provide an additional bottle for the inconvenience. 2 days later the “lost in shipping” order actually shipped from your facility.
Additional bottle was not included with the “replacement” because there was never a replacement order done because the original order never was shipped.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Klone.
I was referred to this company by a friend here in Australia. However, for some reason, my order was charged in USD, while my friend was charged in AUD. As a result, I ended up paying significantly more than expected.
When I contacted customer service to explain the situation and request a return, I was informed that I would have to cover the return shipping costs myself, despite the confusion regarding the currency charged.
