I was contacted by this company to review a cologne product they sent me. What followed was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had.
The product arrived in a visibly damaged box with noticeable dents. The sprayer did not function properly and only produced a faint trickle at best, making the product completely unusable. When I brought this to their attention, the back and forth that followed was exhausting and unproductive.

Website is good and easy, it’s USD and I got from Australia so the 3 for $35 is a little more but still worth it.
Wish I’d have known they were out of stock before ordering because it really delayed the shipping and I needed to follow up twice to find out.
Once responded to though we sorted out a different scent and they shipped it straight away
