Item was good but came in with issues customer service is lacking wish it was better hope it will improve

There are a lot of great items in the store that every time I start looking I can't help but add more to my cart

Would have greatly appreciate an email back regarding my concerns about this product not working or a solution, instead of just eating the cost and now my son doesn’t have the watch he patiently waited for.

The experience was perfect. Thank you. Although I would recommend putting a more accurate/ updated picture of what the half face shells look like, especially with the fabric over it. I thought the half-shell would be a little more flush to my head. Otherwise perfect!

Fast shipping...exactly what I ordered.

Customer service was great. Quick to respond and answered all my questions.

I had to wait nearly 2 months for the product to arrive. They told me it would take 1-2 weeks, then they suddenly revealed to me that the product was being made with new materials (or something like that) and I had to wait even longer. I had to constantly email them to get any update on the shipping

The shield and the suit are of great quality. The helmet hasn’t arrived yet, I’m still waiting. The items that have arrived are high quality.

Display pages for the items were very misleading, the items are very poor quality compared to the high quality promised in the display pages.

Good communication timing, however did not warn or update me on production delays until asked.
