I have safely received the wearable custom helmet for the character I wanted. The finishing is very meticulous, and it was crafted exactly in the shape I envisioned.

Definitely one of the worst shipping experiences and customer service I've ever experienced. I placed the order September 19th with the intentions of receiving it before Halloween time. Here is the reason... Please be cautious when ordering. I chose to order the "tailor made" option which requires you to measure yourself based on the specific criteria. When choosing that option there is no specific section to place that information in besides direct email (which I did) or placing into a small

The ability to change currencies and the provided pictures clearly showing it’s not a resell helped aid my decisions. And the added ability of using Shop was stellar. Again the false advertisement about the visor deducted a star, but overall a great experience.

My order never arrived. StarCine claims it did but it never came. Also the 1 day shipping is a straight up fabrication. More like 3 week shipping

The helmet itself is excellent and met my expectations. However, I was charged twice and am still waiting for my refund from Etsy. Initially, I was told the refund would be processed within 24 hours, but later informed it couldn’t be completed due to a website update. Now I have to open a case on Etsy to resolve it.

Never received it… been told they would send another one after some problems with the delivery but never did… even stopped answering. I feel completely fooled. All I asked at this point was for them to answer telling me the truth. Seems like I lost quite some money. I will wait and be glad to change this opinion if the problem is ever solved.

It took bunch of time, but since I went good with customs taxes (wasn't charged), I'm very satisfied.

The ordering, payment, and delivery time were very acceptable. However, it was delivered by UPS, and they didn't notify me by email that the package had been delivered. Fortunately, I found out about this thanks to the seller's email.
