I had high expectations for this Ben 10 Omnitrix watch, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The very first issue was the wrist strap. It doesn’t fit my wrist properly, and even worse, the strap loop that holds the excess band was already broken right out of the box. It looks like it was simply glued onto the plastic, and the glue had already failed before I even started using the watch. That’s unacceptable for a brand-new product.
