Wow, in the end I was convinced I had be scammed. The delivery took months & each time I contacted them I was told it was on the way. But they could never tell me what the tracking number was. It was only when I threatened to get my bank to take my money back that I magically got a tracking number. Then when it arrived it was just the rubbish bags! So I had to go through it all again to get the pet toilet, which was pretty ordinary.
