Quick and speedy, good communication when I emailed them.

Delivery on both orders were very slow

Very long waiting times for postage and parcels 'caught in customs' or 'being sent from WA'. I won't buy from here again.

Unfortunately, this product was not as good as I expected. While it does an average job of filtering the waste, it also removes a lot of the clean litter at the same time, which makes it wasteful and frustrating to use. For the price, I definitely don’t feel it was worth it. I’m already planning to list it for sale, as I wouldn’t purchase it again or recommend it based on my experience.

The people at the Perth warehouse have been great but the 4-6 business days for shipping is not accurate. Until I reached out there was no communication about any delays in my shipping…

Disappointed that it took so long for it to come I ended up buying more of the other cat litter as I had no idea if it was coming! Then I decided to cancel the order which was the best thing as surprise surprise my order arrived that week! I would say 4-6 weeks delivery not 4-6 days

My overall experience with PetbudsAU was a positive one There were delays in receiving the product which concerned me, only from previous online purchases with other companies PetbudsAU replied to my email quickly and informed me of the delay and why, i was happy with the service & would definitely purchase from them again 👌

Communication was fairly bad, although was happy with the deal I received to make up for the late delivery.

Dealing with Cruz presale was good. He was very helpful.

The company lost my order, didn't give me a tracking number, lost my contact details and gave ME the phone number to call to trace!!!

To be honest, we paid $90 for shipping and the shipment took a very long time, in addition it came in dribs and drabs, we had 3 separate deliveries with the main unit being the last to arrive. We were unhappy with this after being given an estimate much much quicker, in our opinion it wasn’t worth being charged $90 for shipment.

Didn’t receive all parts of our order. The quality of the product was terrible.
