It took longer than expected to receive the product and there were no updates as to why there was a delay.

3-5 day delivery took many weeks. I think it was nearly 2 months and a lot of emails of what’s going on

Was disappointed in the turn around time. It took a while to come and after 2 calls it finally arrived. The person on the phone was polite though.

paid for express delivery - was never sent with aus post initally, was sent via sendle, same closed down, offered refund, never seen.

Sent a faulty product and then three months to even address the issues is ridiculous.. finally sent a replacement that still leeks cat pee all over my wood floors..

Had to chase them multiple times, paid for “2 day shipping” it came like 7 weeks after I brought it and had no instructions it came at 9 o’clock at night nearly, the guy dumped it roughly on the porch. Never got my express shipping fee returned. They had NO stock but were selling it and after three weeks I emailed the to ask where it was as I was told by there website it will be two days from purchase the machines a piece of junk every plastic part is broken it’s only been 2 months!!!
