My first order got lost. I paid extra for it to be selected faster. I wish I could’ve paid for faster shipping, but then I never came never came never came and then I called and they apologize about that. Put it in and looked it up. sent me a new one and I am using it, but I did not get here in time for the project which I had originally ordered it for. I had to use a product to make them work, but there was very little communication and it took quite a lot to find out who I need to talk to you
