Biggest customer feedback is to make the initial box blank, with no company name on it. This ruined a surprise. The other feedback would be to quality check better as the inside of the frame has a large wood splinter. But, I still the love the box, the husband loves the box. It's just a shame about these two things as it is not a cheap present. The quality is there and it's worth it, providing it's not damaged of course.
