The product is great and really well made / of good quality. However, the UPS courier service in the UK was a disaster. Did not deliver as re-arranged. Failed to get reliable updates. Emails and their tracking online did not align. Not possible to speak to someone or collect from the depot. Was just pleased when the product arrived and it was all over to be honest.

Ordered as a Birthday present on Sunday and arrived by Friday. Absolutely loved it. However, can you check that when you enter the address on your online order form the house number of the street doesn’t disappear as I had to contact UPS to add the street number to the delivery address.

Good quality wood work, really pleased with the size and finish. Was relieved to find that the front was in fact plexi (plastic) and not glass as I was worried it might break over time. Great packaging too, just one little thing to note, box was covered in sawdust and I had to brush it inside and out before putting it on a display. Nothing too big, but for the money paid it would be a nice finishing touch to dust it before shipping, just a thought. Otherwise great product and lovely anniversary ...
