I ordered next day delivery but it never came till I chased it up.
In fairness once I contacted them delivery came in fast.
When I asked to return item I hit a snag again and was informed that they were eperiencing problems with their returns team offering me to keep item for half price. Errr, no thanks, it isn't working for me so why would I want to keep it. Moreover most 3bed homes can only fit 1 kingsize bed so it would have beeb redudant and take up space.I'm yet to receive the return label.
