I already had a memory foam topper, but age related aches and pains meant that after 2 years I stopped feeling the benefit. I missed my old feather topper that supported bits of my body that felt hyper-extended and had 'gaps' beneath them. But I was allergic to down and it was hard to clean. I cannot praise this topper enough. Its helped my quality and quantity of sleep. I have had fibromyalgia for more than 25 years and also femeral, patella and hip osteoarthritis. I have tried all sorts over the years without much luck. Now I have finally found something that helps me. I'm not saying the pain has gone away but it has given me much better quality of sleep.
