Easy to order. My cloudtopper arrived in good time but the packaging was awful - the thing was shrink wrapped and looked awful on arrival. Really cheap. This was not helped by the fact the packaging was coming undone and it was poking through the whole top of the parcel. The shrink wrapping saved it from being damaged/returned. Also the delivery driver just lobbed it over our gate.
