I ordered two. Then, upon delivery day, only one came. I reached out and they got back to me about resending the second one. It took several more weeks for the second to arrive. It was about six weeks from when I purchased to when the shipment was finally delivered, despite the address on the contact us page, claiming to be in Canada. Upon opening it, I realized that it's falsely advertised and does not appear or work as the photos. This is a six panel seat cover and not three. The division point is flimsy and actually quite sharp so would definitely put a dog at risk. Because of that, I went to return it (a couple of days after shipment was complete) and despite several attempts over the span of the week, the support team immediately stopped responding to me once I asked for a return label, even though it was well within policy. I unfortunately now will be reaching out to my credit card company to log a merchant dispute to have them go after my return.
