The customer service has been awful. I ordered a product on Thursday, November 20th, and paid for expedited shipping. It finally arrived on December 20th, and the size was completely inaccurate—it felt like a scam. I emailed the company on January 5th with a video and photo to request return instructions, but I haven't received a response. Despite sending three emails, I've only gotten requests to review the product. If possible, I would give zero stars.
*UPDATE* - The Ruff Rover team reached out to apologize for the delayed customer service and provided me with a return slip, even though I was outside the original 30-day window.
