Customer service is extremely poor. I have reached out multiple times via email and social media with no response from dango. I purchased an item a month ago and simply inquired of its whereabouts. I have yet to receive a response and am constantly met with a customer service usually responds within 48 hour message. This has been some of the worst customer service I have experienced.
