I got ghosted for a week. Told the company had to wait for black refills for the pen. Claimed to have sent it with blue but there was a black ink cartridge anyway. And FedEx took 4 days to deliver my order when after they told me it was out for delivery. i.e. don’t do the fed ex option.
For the record the customer services personnel were nice despite me being a whiney jerk about it, even if they were slow on the reply.
I’ll use Amazon in the future.
