The product never showed. Customer service has ignored my phone calls, voicemails and emails. And I am in the middle of a one month long dispute about this transaction. Meanwhile they send me emails everyday asking me to buy more product, but I never received the first thing I bought from them. This is beginning to feel like a scam.

Order placed: 8/8/25 • Order status: “Shipment” for over 2 months — never updated, never delivered. • Contact attempts: Emailed multiple times. Every reply was the SAME copy-paste “we’re sorry for the inconvenience” with no real solution. • Refund: Never issued, despite repeated requests. • Action taken: Filed a complaint with the BBB because the company refuses to take accountability. This company has zero transparency and clearly no respect for customers.

Ordered July 12th 2025 never received it. Sent many emails and was told it’s on the way. I was sent two different tracking numbers which had nothing attached to them. Would love a refund for this.
