It took 2 months for me to receive the order, and that was after having to send 2 angry emails. I received no apology or offer to make it right. I would have thought after a 2 month wait I would receive not only a sincere apology, but an offer of a significant discount on my next order. Your product is very expensive and a discount or complimentary order would have gone a long way toward making amends with me. As it stands, I will not be ordering anytime in the future.
