When I received my order I opened it and it had to be refurbished, because it looked like someone messed with the battery area the plastic piece was like it was removed and put back on. The on off switch was so sharp that I didn't want to use it. I packed it back up and was going to send back but the communication with this company is terrible. They kept coming back with comments that didn't even make sense or relate to what the issue was. All I asked was to get a new one or refund my money. Still no answer. Very disappointed, I was so excited to use it.
